After studying management and marketing which led him to stay in Asia and after setting out to discover the world, Xavier decided to return to settle in his native home town, Mont-Tremblant, and learn the trade of construction contractor alongside his father. It was by occupying different positions that he acquired the experience and knowledge that allowed him to understand the importance of each stage of carrying out a project. Equipped with on-the-job training, he then obtained his entrepreneur license with flying colors. It is with enthusiasm that he takes over the company and intends to continue the mission that his father set for himself, that of carrying out quality projects, with rigor and integrity, and of following in the footsteps that have enabled him to gain the respect of the industry and the trust of clients.
