In the last 35 years, under Eric Langevin’s close supervision, many prestigious residential projects have emerged in the Laurentian region. With his experience, knowledge and skills, this construction expert knows how to partner with competent people and put together specialized teams to offer quality products that are distinguished and in harmony with their environment.
Whether it is to build luxurious residences, relaxation spaces or other imaginative projects, his constructions are always filled with the same attention to detail and goodwill to implement a unique project that respects the client’s expectations, needs and budgets.
It is with pride and a feeling of accomplishment that he now wishes to pass the torch of management of the company to his son Xavier.
Xavier Langevin
After studying management and marketing which led him to stay in Asia and after setting out to discover the world, Xavier decided to return to settle in his native home town, Mont-Tremblant, and learn the trade of construction contractor alongside his father.
It was by occupying different positions that he acquired the experience and knowledge that allowed him to understand the importance of each stage of carrying out a project. Equipped with on-the-job training, he then obtained his entrepreneur license with flying colors.
It is with enthusiasm that he takes over the company and intends to continue the mission that his father set for himself, that of carrying out quality projects, with rigor and integrity, and of following in the footsteps that have enabled him to gain the respect of the industry and the trust of clients.
